Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our online English lesson services ("Service"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service provided by SAAY Global ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Our Service offers one-on-one video lessons in English for learners of the English language and TOEFL. We connect students from different countries with qualified teachers from around the world. Teachers provide hourly lessons and earn a lesson fee of $3 per hour. The amount students pay per lesson may vary depending on the agreed-upon rate.

2. Eligibility

To access and use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Creation

To use our Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the account creation process. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment and Fees

For students, the payment for lessons is determined based on the agreed-upon rate with the school. Payment methods and schedules will be communicated between the student and the teacher. The teacher will receive a lesson fee of $3 per hour from the Company.

5. Lesson Scheduling and Cancellations

Students are responsible for scheduling lessons with their chosen teachers. Any changes or cancellations should be communicated directly between the student and the school. Cancellation policies and rescheduling options are subject to the school's discretion.

6. Code of Conduct

Users of our Service, including both teachers and students, are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including the suspension or termination of user accounts, in response to any violation of this Code of Conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Service, including lesson materials and resources, is protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of such content without prior written consent from the respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our Service.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Buea.
